21. Reverse Bugs

Fyodor: It just feels weird fixing a "bug" where the problem is that Nmap was actually computing the right checksum once in a while

I noticed and fixed an interesting bug in Nmap
Fyodor recommended fixing the OS scanning engine packets as well
Kris Katterjohn verified that only UDP packets require this fix
